  1、 Company Profile
  Hangzhou Jiacheng Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2000. It is a large-scale scientific and industrial enterprise specializing in the production of worm gears and gear reducers. It is located at No. 2588 Jiangdong Second Road, Dajiangdong Industrial Agglomeration Zone, Qiantang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province.
  The enterprise currently covers an area of 40 acres and has a registered capital of 42.88 million yuan. The total number of employees is 217, with an annual working day of 300 days. The casting workshop operates on a three shift system (24 hours), while other workshops and management personnel work on a single shift system (8 hours). In 2024, the company's output value is 110.77 million yuan.
  Hangzhou Jiacheng Machinery Co., Ltd., as a professional manufacturer of gearboxes, currently has more than 360 sets of CNC machine tools, machining centers, grinders, milling machines, intermediate frequency electric furnaces, sand processing lines, air compressors and other equipment. The overall level of the equipment is relatively high, and all of them are now in normal operation. The current production scale of the enterprise includes an annual output of 4000 tons of gearbox housings, 600 tons of worm gear rings, 300000 sets of worm gear reducers, 30000 sets of gearbox component castings, 30000 sets of mechanical parts, and 50000 sets of gear reducer components. Specifically, it includes the production of copper castings, aluminum shell reducers, and iron shell reducers. Cast iron castings include lost foam casting, wet mold sand casting, and coated sand casting. The production process mainly uses electricity, pipeline natural gas, and energy consuming working fluid tap water.
  Enterprise reducer products are mainly sold domestically. The enterprise has passed the ISO9001 quality management system, safety level three standardization certification, and obtained the product label through the "Made in Zhejiang" certification. In the past fifteen years since its establishment, the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise has continuously improved, and it has successively won a series of honorary titles such as "Zhejiang Science and Technology Small and Medium sized Enterprise", "Hangzhou Famous Trademark", "Hangzhou Famous Brand Product", and "National High tech Enterprise".
In order to further enhance the competitiveness of the company's products, reduce production costs, respond to national energy conservation and emission reduction policies, implement sustainable development strategies, and implement comprehensive resource utilization policies, the company will adopt more advanced automated production equipment based on the existing production scale and technological level of the enterprise, and comprehensively consider factors such as current production conditions and site layout to further improve production efficiency.
  2、 Strategy and measures: Green development, creating green and low-carbon factories
  Zhejiang Weili Plastic Co., Ltd. has formulated a green and low-carbon factory plan and goals based on compliance with national and local laws and regulations. Enterprises focus on green procurement, green production, green sales and transportation, and green disposal, and develop green supply chain operation processes that are in line with their operational characteristics. When making purchases, pay attention to the green indicators of raw materials and equipment, strictly control the content of harmful substances in the purchased materials through step-by-step screening of suppliers, and actively purchase green materials; The production process in the factory aims to save energy, reduce emissions, and ensure high-quality products, and has implemented a large number of technological upgrades and process improvements; In the process of sales and transportation, pay attention to promoting the use of green packaging materials and reducing the pollution of waste packaging materials to the environment. By combining the operation of the green system into an organic whole through the above methods, the efficiency of the enterprise has been greatly improved.

  (2) Innovate management ideas, move forward management checkpoints, hold production benchmarking meetings in a timely manner, carry out technical breakthroughs in achieving poor energy consumption indicators, establish a technical breakthrough team, carefully analyze the reasons, formulate detailed measures for implementation, and timely track and verify to effectively improve equipment operating efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and achieve the 2025 energy management goals.

  3、 Energy saving measures in the production process of products
The production control system adopts an automatic integrated control system to achieve the automation of the entire production process. The inspection system is implemented on the production site, greatly improving labor productivity, enhancing the level of intelligence, reducing the labor intensity of operators, and improving the controllability of equipment and personal safety.
  4、 Upgrade and transform with new technologies to reduce energy consumption
Seriously implement national energy conservation and consumption reduction policies, and achieve high production and low consumption of products through continuous technological improvement and innovation. Continuously exploring the forefront of glass fiber fabric manufacturing technology, actively adopting new technologies and processes, and promoting factory energy management and energy conservation work.
  5、 Next plan for renovation project
In 2025, our company plans to accelerate the renovation and technological upgrading of energy-saving equipment, and further reduce the unit energy consumption of products through the application of new technologies. The key implementation projects include:
  (1) Intelligent transformation, by further increasing material circulation equipment and automated production equipment, connecting difficult links in various processes, further improving automation level, increasing production efficiency, improving product output, saving electricity consumption, the unit product electricity consumption is expected to decrease by about 2%, which can reduce about 55 tons of standard coal, equivalent to reducing CO ₂ emissions by about 92 tons.
